Children
Vancouver Civic Theatres requires that all audience members, including children, must have a ticket. There are no exemptions to this policy regardless of the child's age. If you bring young children to a performance, please be respectful of other patrons by encouraging them to observe proper theatre etiquette such as sitting still and not talking during the performance. If children become restless during the performance, you may be asked to take them into the lobby. All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by another patron 16 years of age or older.
Parking
Enter the parkade off Cambie Street. The parkade fills up quickly. Accessible parking is available at the Easy Park Queen Elizabeth Theatre parkade, with an accessible parking decal. Accessible parking must be reserved by phone 7-10 days in advance and is subject to availability. Easy Park QET patrons may reserve accessible parking with a dedicated phone number: 604.706.1257. There is also an open air parking lot on Cambie Sttreet or the Vancouver Public Library: Underground lot between West Georgia and Robson Street; entrance off Hamilton Street.
Accessibility
Accessible seating is available on the Orchestra and Mezzanine levels, one companion seat adjacent may be booked. There is an elevator from the main level to the Mezzanine and Balcony Levels. Hearing assist units are available at the Coat Check. Patrons wanting to use either a VCT headset or neck-loop and receiver (for T-Coil equipped personal hearing aids, or cochlear implants) should request these in advance by emailing VCTAudienceServices@vancouver.ca See Accessibliity Page https://vancouvercivictheatres.com/accessibility/#accessibility
