Refunds. Tickets are final sale. Exchanges or refunds are at the organizer's discretion unless the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, every ticket is refunded in full — including the service fee — to the card used to pay, automatically. You don't need to ask. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you can't make the new date, contact the organizer within 7 days of the announcement. Entry. Your ticket is a QR code that admits one person once. Keep it to yourself — the first scan is the one that counts. Bring a screen or a printout. Age and ID. Where an event lists an age restriction, valid government photo ID is required at the door. No refunds if you're turned away for not meeting it. Line-up and details. Performers, times and other details may change. A change of supporting act or start time is not grounds for a refund. Conduct. The organizer and venue may refuse or revoke entry for behaviour that puts other guests at risk, without refund. Weather. Outdoor events run rain or shine unless the organizer says otherwise. Please check the title, date, time and venue before you buy. Tickets are issued by ADayAway on behalf of the organizer, who is responsible for the event itself.
