World Premiere The Cut A coproduction with Winnipeg Jewish Theatre Written By Jordi Mand Directed by Philip Akin In the nursery of their soon-to-be-born child, Sarah and Drew are unpacking boxes and preparing for a new beginning. But when the question of circumcision arises, the ordinary quickly turns urgent. Raised in deeply different religious traditions, this couple finds themselves locked in a raw and revealing debate about their baby's future - and their own. What starts as a single decision opens into buried wounds, unspoken regrets, and the fault lines of love and belief. No smoking is permitted in the building.
Children
All patrons including babies-in-arms require a ticket of admission. If a child has not yet celebrated their first birthday, a "babes-in-arms" ticket may be obtained, free of charge, at the box office as of 2 hours prior to the scheduled curtain time. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult , and if children are being noisy and disrupting the performance the child and guardian may be asked to step out into the lobby. Please note that individual performances may have additional age restrictions, warnings, or other arrangements than those outlined here, so please see the event page for full details.

Public parking is available at nearby lots, and limited metered street parking is available on surrounding streets. For more information, please visit www.meridianartscentre.com/parking-and-ttc. Limited onsite parking is available for patrons with Accessible Needs, and must be arranged in advanced by calling 416-733-9388 ext. 6900.

Box office
Daytime box office hours are Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 6:00pm. On performance days, the box office opens 2 hour prior to the first scheduled curtain time, and stays open until 1/2 hour after curtain time.
