To pick up your exclusive game ball, visit the Harlem Globetrotters Merchandise Stand located inside the venue on game day. Pick-up is only available during pre-game, half-time, or post-game. Ball MUST be picked up at the venue on the date of your ticketed event. No alternate pick-up dates, locations, nor shipping options are available. This purchase is NON TRANSFERABLE.

At the venue

We encourage all patrons to arrive early at the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the security screening process. We suggest you leave any valuable and unnecessary items at home. Please note that all bags will be searched prior to entering the venue, and no bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6" are permitted in the venue. Food, Drink & Beer concessions are located throughout the arena. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the venue. Certain events may involve pat-down searches. Pat-down searches will only be performed by qualified designated security personnel. Fans that refuse to submit to either a visual or pat-down search shall be refused entry. Children

Complimentary tickets are available for infants (ages 0-12 months). Children over this age do require a ticket. This policy may differ depending on the event, please check the event specifically for details or contact the Ticket Office for more information.

Parking

Parking onsite is free and shared for all users of the complex. During major events, staff will be enforcing specific designated areas for various user groups and ticket holders. Parking lots on the North and South sides of the complex include designated accessible parking spots.

Accessibility

The Arena is fully accessible. All accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster or the Ticket Office. Accessible seats are in Sections 2-3 / 8-9 / 11-12 and 17-18. Should you require an assisted listening device, please contact Event Services prior to attending the event. Hearing Assistance Devices (Assisted Listening Devices) are available free of charge, although a credit card number or photo identification will be required as a deposit. Box office

The Ticket Office is located at B Arena Gate 1 (by the Canadian flag). It is open Monday to Friday, from 11 am to 4pm and two (2) hours prior to event start time.
