Ultimate Fan Pass: 30-min Exclusive On-court Access From 5:30pm-6:00pm

TICKET TO MAIN EVENT ALSO REQUIRED. Get closer to the action with the all-new Ultimate Fan Pass - a limited-capacity, 30-minute pregame on-court experience featuring the Harlem Globetrotters and their Rivals. Be first through the doors and first on the court, where you get exclusive access up close with the players, learn trick shots from the pros, get one-of-a-kind photos, and kick off your own tip-off party before the rest of the crowd arrives. Ultimate Fan Pass guests also get first access to the merchandise stands before the lines form. A separate game ticket is required and is not included with this experience. Minors must be accompanied by an adult who also holds an Ultimate Fan Pass. Soft- or rubber-soled shoes are required on court. The on-court experience begins 90 minutes before game time. Late arrivals may miss some or all of the experience and are not eligible for refunds.

At the venue

Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed in Rogers Place. Outside food and beverages must be disposed of before passing through the security checkpoints located at the gates. However, soft-sided, empty water bottles can be brought into the arena. Cameras, video equipment, and umbrellas are not permitted. Purses or bags must be a maximum of 12 inches x 12 inches x 6 inches. Anything larger will be refused at the gates. Guests with emergencies will be assisted by the Rogers Place Fan Experience Team on a case-by-case basis. ROGERS PLACE ALCOHOL POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ON AN EVENT-BY-EVENT BASIS.

Children

Children under 24 months of age do not require a ticket if they are able to sit on the ticket holder's lap and do not obstruct the view or comfort of other guests. Children aged 24 month and older do require a ticket. This is subject to change on an event by event basis.

Parking

There are more than 11,800 parking spots within a 10 minute walk of Rogers Place.

Accessibility

Accessible platform seating is available on various levels of the arena, depending on the type of event and building configuration. All Executive Suites, Theatre Boxes, and select Loge Tables are fully accessible. Adjacent companion seating may also be purchased, based on availability. All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit. When purchasing your tickets, please inform your ticket seller of any special needs that require accommodation. Please note: floor seats are not wheelchair accessible unless otherwise noted.
