THIS IS AN OPTIONAL UPGRADE. TICKET TO THE MAIN EVENT IS ALSO REQUIRED. Get closer than courtside with the MVP Court Pass! Join the Pre-Game Fan Tunnel to welcome the Harlem Globetrotters to the floor, step into the Pre-Game Huddle, warm up with the team, and watch the famous Globetrotters Magic Circle from just feet away. This is MVP access on another level, and the perfect way to make a memory you'll talk about for years to come. With just 16 passes per game, this is the most exclusive 20 minutes in the arena. Check in at the announcer's table 30 mins prior to the game start. Late arrivals will not be refunded. All participants must have their own MVP Court Pass - no exceptions. Children under 10 must be with an adult who also has an MVP Court Pass. Soft or rubber-soled shoes required. This premium upgrade is not included with your game ticket. Food, Drink & Beer concessions are located throughout the arena. No outside food or drink allowed.
Children
For most events, children who have not reached their 3rd birthday do not require a ticket if seated on a lap. Children over this age do require a ticket. Please Note: This policy may differ depending on the event. Check event specifics for details.
Parking
Our venue uses a dispersed parking model which means that event-goers can park at existing public and private parking lots and on-the-street rather than at the venue itself. For drivers, there are approximately 2,500 parking spaces in lots within a 10 minute walk (approximately 600m) of the Centre. Of these, more than 1,500 spaces are in municipal lots. Also, more than 550 on-street parking spaces are located within 600m of the venue and will be free for use during evening and Sunday events. Parking is prohibited on The Tragically Hip Way between Ontario and King Streets, and on King Street between Place d'Armes and The Tragically Hip Way.
Accessibility
The Arena is fully accessible. All accessible seating is available through your local Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone or at the Box office. Wheelchair patrons may also go directly to the venue Box Office to purchase their tickets. Wheelchair seats are located in Sections 102 / 109 / 111 and 115.
